Our BLUE and WHITE Custom Air Filter Polyester filter media is manufactured from 100% synthetic fibers. These blue and white custom filters provides excellent performance as a filter to medium and high efficiency air conditioning units for your home air conditioner or heat pump systems. These air filters are available in any size.

All our BLUE and White filter media is built into our specially designed low moisture resistant cardboard frame. The media and frame are not affected by moisture and therefore, our polyester filter (furnace filter) is a perfect choice for high humidity or intermittent moisture conditions. Our polyester filters are easy to handle and will not cause skin irritation. Polyester filter are also hypoallergenic filters. Our BLUE and WHITE MEDIA IS RATED AS A (M.E.R.V 6 according to ASHRAE 52.2 standards) FILTER MEDIA PRODUCT.

Custom Orange Tac Filters

Product Description
Our ORANGE and WHITE MERV 8 ANTIMICROBIAL FILTERS is a DRY TACK Flat Panel Media which is made from 100% polyester. This media starts out at a 2” loft media and then needled down to our 1” product. We then imbed this media with a dry tackifier and also with an antimicrobial product so as the air passes through the filter media it helps to grab smaller particles of dust and dirt and control mold and mildew. It also prevents growth of microbes in the dirty filter. This creates our M.E.R.V.8 FILTER.We then takes this ORANGE AND WHITE filter media and insert it into our specially designed low moisture resistant cardboard frame.

Our ORANGE and WHITE antimicrobial dry tack filters are easy to handle will not cause skin irritation or off gas any order and are 100% hypoallergenic.

Custom Pleated 8 Filters

Product Description
Our Pleated MERV 8-rated filters provide your home or business with superior protection against dust, pollen, pet dander and other common allergens. The Pleated MERV 8 filter is energy-efficient and eco-friendly, keeping your coils free of contaminants that cause mold while improving the overall air-quality in your home. These pleated filter provides an increased surface area over which air can flow to increase the filtration quality of your unit, and our filter features twice as many pleats per square foot as most store-bought filters (14-16 pleats per square foot compared to 6-8 pleats per square foot).

In addition to the extra surface area of our pleated filters, this product features a heavy-duty, two-piece, moisture resistant frame with diagonal and horizontal support members to offer a far sturdier frame than ordinary, commercial-grade filters. As a result, these filters resist bending or bowing, reducing the chances of blow-up (the filter being sucked into the vent) and allowing air flowing past around the filter instead of through it.

The Pleated MERV 8 pleated air filter will provide your home with superior filtration while increasing the efficiency of your air-conditioning unit.

Although these Pleated MERV 8 filters are 60-90 day in service filters. We recommend every month you do a visual inspection of your filter. A good way to remember is as you pay your gas or electric bill every month check your filters.

MERV 11 Custom air furnace filters for your home are made to your exact measurements for your return air vent or under your air handler. This is an inexpensive upgrade from standard pleated air filters and excel where similar air conditioning filters fall short. These MERV 11 air filters also offer an eco-friendly design and enhances the quality of air it needs to filter.

The air filter frame is constructed of heavy-duty, moisture resistant beverage board incorporating post-consumer recycled materials making it very sturdy and easy to install and remove from your HVAC system (similar furnace filters can be difficult to install and remove if they are flimsy or have absorbed moisture). 100% synthetic fibers are used to construct the pleated air filter media that will not support microbial growth or absorb moisture.

All of the components are thermally bonded together for high durability and extended reliability, making the preferred air filters for residential homes and commercial spaces.

These custom cut pads are available in size and are listed as a M.E.R.V 8 product which means this filter pad will help to control lint, dust-mites, pollen, pet dander, dust, hair and many other pollutants .
